YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER
Journey from Fashion to Photography

So I guess, two major passions have anchored me in the world of fashion for so long: my love for creative genius and my fascination with people. This unique ability to see beyond the surface and connect with the emotions of individuals has shaped my evolution into a portraitist. In my work, the main focus is always on the person and their feelings, allowing me to create powerful, intimate yet artistic portraits.
I have dedicated 15 years to working with iconic brands like Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Saint Laurent, leading Retail Direction and Operations in Dubai and covering the entire Middle East and South Africa. My journey has taken me through not only glamorous fashion shows in Paris and Milan, but through the demanding dynamics of building relationships with my team and clients.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
Growing up as the daughter of a photographer I was raised in a house with a darkroom where mystery of bringing captures to life seemed to be a magic in my father’s hands. House was full of film cameras, umbrellas, tests and prints of people who I felt lived with us, so vivid were their portraits that my dad took.
Black and white aesthetic of era of classic movies, close proximity to creative fashion houses, family history, my endless exploration of myself and relationships with people, is what influenced my portraiture.

Personal portrait sessions, creative direction and fashion shoots are what i do the most. Curation of exhibitions is what i am also exploring aiming not only to showcase my work but also develop and encourage artistic expression in the region. Global social projects are of my interest at the moment too.
So I photograph world wide and get commissioned for the projects and personal shoots.
